HEC graduate, Frédéric began at 3i in private equity before creating Infobébés (a start-upspecialized in early childhood) which he sold to Lagardère Group in 2006.
He then took over the management of Lagardère Digital France (digital division of Lagardère’s Media Division) to structure the Media, Radio and TV brands digital activities. Since he left in 2010, LDF now counts 120 employees, for 10 million VU.
Frédéric is also an administrator at ConcoursMania, a company listed on Alternext. He is a shareholder of the ISAI business fund and a business angel in several internet companies.
With a Master’s degree in Applied Economics (Dauphine) and a Master’s degree in Modern Litterature (Sorbonne), Stéphanie was an economic journalist before joining Infobébés in 2001 as editor-in-chief.
In 2006, she became editor of Lagardère Active’s (Infobébés, Parents) parental division and then of the Youth division, responsible for developing online the Tiji, Canal J, and especially Gulli brands, which will lead to the success of Gulli Replay in 2010.
At the end of 2010, she left her position at Lagardère Digital France and joined Chorus.
Guillaume graduated from HEC and holds an MBA from Wharton Business School in the United States (specializations in finance and entrepreneurship). He has worked in 10 countries on 3 continents and speaks fluently 4 languages (French, English, Spanish, and Portuguese).
He began his career as a financial controller of a French industrial group across Brazil, Canada and the US.
He then joined Bain & Company, a top management and strategy consulting firm where he conducted assignments for key accounts in retail, telco and private equity sectors. Guillaume also worked on turnaround and restructuring missions.
Before joining Chorus, Guillaume was a Private Equityinvestor in the small / mid cap segment (capital development, LBO).
An INT Engineer graduate (Institut national des télécommunications), François began his career as an information systems consultant at Eutelis and then at Ingecom before moving to Mauritius for two years to lead a telephone network construction project.
Upon his return, he joined PriceWaterHouseCoopers as an IT consultant and then created Cityneo in 2000 to become PureAgency (specialist in mobile services) before joining SQLI to manage the entire mobility offering until 2013.
He then took over the General Management of Redshift (mobile specialist) and guided it until it was bought by Sedona. Finally, he joined Chorus in 2017.
A multidisciplinary team of 25 people covering a wide spectrum of digital competencies, including operational execution (web, mobile, design / UX, IT team, marketing / acquisition, SEO, brand content and media).
A human-sized team where team spirit and a good working atmosphere are essential on a daily basis.
